  • Keep the cake in an airtight container to maintain its freshness. It's best stored in a cool, dry place if you're eating it within a day. For longer storage, refrigerate it, but let it come to room temperature before serving for the best flavour. Best to eat within 2-3 days of baking at room temperature. Up to one week in the fridge.

  • For the perfect experience, serve the Chiffon Cake at room temperature. If you've kept it in the fridge, take it out about 30 minutes before serving. This allows the cake to soften and the flavour to fully emerge.
